Bill is the Founder of The Office for Business Architecture (OBA) and the Managing Director. He has extensive experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Tax Effective Supply Chain Structures and Supply Chain Operations across a number of different sectors: Oil & Gas, Consumer Products, Food & Drink, Chemicals, Manufacturing and High Tech. Previously, Bill was a Partner in LCP Consulting a specialist consultancy company focussing on Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Prior to this Bill was a consultant at Capgemini in the Supply Chain Transformation group where he led the European team for Tax Effective Supply Chain Management (TESCM). Bill has also worked with Booz Allen & Hamilton - the international Strategic Consultancy firm. Here his focus was on Operations Strategy and Supply Chain Management. Bill has advised board level clients on transformation programmes across a number of different sector areas, led board level turnaround programmes and programme managed several global strategy implementations.
Prior to joining Booz Allen & Hamilton Bill worked as the Operations Director (covering manufacturing and sourcing activities) at GEC Marconi Avionics. Here he has set up and staffed new manufacturing facilities, was responsible for supplier selection and management, materials management, production and performance.
Bill received a BSc in Physics from The Univ of London and received a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management (FMM) at Cranfield School of Management.
